Home Construction in Kiambu, Near Nairobi. This work was contracted 2024 in August. It involved the construction of the home in Kiambu. It took us 3 months to from start to finish. Among the work was:-
- Site inspection and survey
- Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to establish costs
Permits and licenses to facilitate construction
Site Preparation and Foundation
Once the foundation is set, we built the superstructure namely Walling, framing and Suspended Slabs – beams, columns, or walls
Roofing and Finishes, Plaster-work and tiling, Plumbing and electrical work, Interior fittings and Painting
Landscaping and Utilities; this involved completing the outdoor spaces and connecting utilities. This may include paving the driveway and parking area, constructing a perimeter wall, and landscaping the compound.
